Sodick's linear motor technology provides instantaneous servo time, which maximizes cutting efficiency. Since there are no ball screws or couplings, backlash is totally eliminated. This provides several advantages, including improved positioning and cutting accuracy, while providing smooth and vibration free table movement.
With Sodick's new LP Control you can import Parasolid (solid models) files directly into the control. This unique feature maximizes the cutting efficiency, reduces the workflow and reduces programming errors.
Thanks to the fixed table design, a greater workpiece weight is achieved without affecting the table positioning or workpiece accuracy.
