AKIRA SEIKI-PC460/700, Tapping Center
Description
The AKIRA-SEIKI, model PC high speed tapping center are the conventional style tapping center equipped with a 14 station high speed rotary tool changer. The PC-460 and PC-470 utilize a standard 12,000 RPM high speed spindle for BT-30 style holders. Standard rapids of 50 M/min (1,968 IPM) permit rapid positioning for high speed production tapping. Both machines provide an economical yet reliable solution for your production tapping or light duty CNC machining needs.
