The AKIRA-SEIKI, model RMV-160 and RMV-250 RT models, are 5 (4 + 1) sided machining centers equipped High speed rotation B and C axes.The high precision roller cam driven tables are designed to eliminate any backlash. These machining centers are with 24 station high speed ARM type tool changers . The standard 15,000 RPM high speed spindle useHSK style holders. With rapids as high as 96 M/min (3,780 IPM) high performance positioning can be assured. Both machines provide an economical yet reliable solution for your production 5 sided (4 + 1) CNC machining needs.
