Description
The CA series of High Speed EDM drills are fully functional point to point machines. They are capable of 4 axis positioning using the latest Industrial class 32 bit PC controller. When equipped wit the optional 16 or 32 station AEC (Automatic Electrode Changer), you have a machine tool capable of fully automated High speed hole drilling.
The user friendly control may be programmed at the control using the easy dialogue based programming language (Circle, rectangle patterns), by using standard G-code style programming or via an offline programming station. The program can even be created while an existing job is being run.
The Controller is also equipped for easy part location via Edge finding, Center of a slot or circle, Center between two circles.
